Information about the article. 13 of the Privacy

Commitment
Trimatt is actively engaged in the protection of personal data of its customers, and anyone who entrusts this information to our treatment. We encourage our customers to carefully read this statement before subscribing to our service.

Aims of treatment
The processing of data will be made to:
- Starting and maintaining the subscribed services;
- Carry out its obligations under any law or regulation;
- The protection of the rights of Trimatt in court;
- Sending of technical, administrative or commercial information.

Processing methods
The data will be treated mainly in electronic way and stored both on media storage and on paper or any other kind of support, subject to the minimum security measures in accordance with the Technical Regulations regarding minimum security, Enclosure B of the Privacy Code.

Compulsory
All requested data are obligatory.

Consequences of refusing data
In case of failure to include one or more required fields you’ll not be able to use the service.

Persons to whom personal information may be disclosed
Personal data for the treatment in may be communicated to persons who have been granted the rights to access your personal information by law or secondary legislation and / or community.

Rights
In regard to the processing of personal data subject has the right under Article. 7 (right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code:
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning subject, even if you’re not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. You have the right to obtain information:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;
d) the identity of the owner, and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. You have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.

Technologies
Trimatt uses tracking technologies of IP addresses and cookies in order to track visits to your site.

1. IP addresses
Are collected the IP addresses of all visitors who access our site. The data collected is used for the management of technical and administrative operations of our company, the diagnosis of technical problems and the prevention of intrusion and abuse of the service.

2. Cookies
Trimatt uses "cookie" technology to improve the ability to use the Services that are offered by associating a cookie to the visitor logged on. Cookies are also used to determine the amount of traffic to our site and to track your profile during the process of ordering services, to calculate discounts and manage the promotions that are eventually applied to your account. Visitors to the site can disable the functionality in your browser tracking cookies, but in some cases this could lead to malfunctions in the use of our website.
